Does my new eye makeup freak you out?
Well, does it?
I already mentioned this, right? My official book launch party will be at Third Place Books on Sunday, October 17th at 5:30 pm. Yes, I thought so. :-)
So the bookstore has recently added it on their online calendar. "Freefall by Mindi Scott" is an actual, real event, y'all! I mean, I already knew that, but now the rest of internet can see evidence of it, too!
I've added a new page to this website! It's titled "Media," which I think makes sense for how I want to use it. For this new Media page, I've added the temporary book trailer (to hold the place for the real one coming in September!) as well as quotes from Freefall reviews and links to the full reviews.
At some point, I'll probably also make a section listing and linking to all the interviews and guest blogs that I've done as well. But for now, you have to scroll through the News section of find that stuff. :-)

I have a vlog! (Which means video blog?)
It's my first one ever!
Here are six fun facts about My First Ever Vlog:
1. The theme is "Firsts."
2. There is a very short clip of a song by Alabaster, the band for which my husband plays drums, at the end. Or so I've been told...
3. I don't sing quite as badly as you might think. I don't want to talk about it!
4. The recording was done by Dwayne and the editing was done by Amazing Intern Amanda. But I imagine that you could have learned that from reading the credits...
5. Did I mention that I haven't watched it yet? I sort of watched part of it, but then I started (literally) crying with embarrassment. If you watch the whole thing, you'll have seen more than I.
