More Freefall mentions

I've spotted a few more blogs talking about Freefall ! Julie at Bloggers heart Books selected it as one of her Waiting on Wednesday picks this week, as did Shelly at Write for a Reader.

There was also a wonderful review at All-Consuming Books - Book Reviews by Tiger!  I really love this quote from it:  "Freefall is exhilarating—I laughed out loud, I was turning the pages like crazy to find what would happen to Seth next, and I enjoyed it from start to finish."

Also, Shaun David Hutchinson, author of The Deathday Letter, gave Freefall a five-star rating on Goodreads and said this about it:  Freefall is a great story about growing up, facing your fears, and learning to communicate. Set to a background of rock music, beer, and magic eight balls, Seth McCoy is a modern day Lloyd Dobbler without Lloyd's creep-factor.

Man, do I love that!  :-)

Bookmarks... I haz them

I've been going all crazy on my blog (here and here) and on Twitter lately about my custom Freefall bookmarks.  I ordered a huge box and am distributing them.  To you!  And you!  And you and you! If you have a need for them, please send me your name, address, and the quantity you would like and I'll try to get some out for you.  (Some potential uses:  prize packs for bloggers, distribution at your local libraries and bookstores, sharing them to your friends and family, decorating your pets, and keeping your place in the book you're reading.  Imagine that.)

And if you already have some, I  really do love receiving pictures of silly things that you like to do with the Freefall bookmarks.  Or serious things.  I like seeing that, too.  ;-)

Library!

Is this cool or what?  The Denver Public Library has "FREEFALL by Mindi Scott" on order.  And if people wanted to, they could even place a hold on it!  http://discover.denverlibrary.org/?q=freefall This message was brought to you, essentially, by Google Alerts.
